Welcome to Osprey Lake Erie Fishing Charters, fishing the Western Basin of Lake Erie all the way to Lorain, Ohio including the Canadian waters. Come fish with Captain Don Lowther who was named 2012 Charter Boat Captain of the Year by the Lake Erie Charter Boat Association in conjunction with the Ohio DNR and Ohio SeaGrant. We specialize in drift fishing for walleye and fish for perch and smallmouth bass out of downtown Port Clinton and Marblehead, Ohio. We run an 8-hour charter to give you the best chance to catch your limit. I run full-time from late March through November. I get on fish and stay on them. This is a one man operation. If you book with ME, you will fish with ME. I will do the most to make sure your day is enjoyable. Osprey Fishing Charters has been in operation for 40 years. In addition, I have been fishing Lake Erie for 60 years. I have the experience and knowledge to give you the best walleye fishing charter possible.
Osprey Charters run out of Brand's Dry Dock Marina in downtown Port Clinton, and Channel Grove Marina, Marblehead, Ohio in the fall to give you some of the best fishing possible. Not all captains give you the same level of service. I strive to make sure you know the latest techniques, catch as many walleye as you can, and that you're in the right place on Lake Erie to do this. It takes years of experience fishing on Lake Erie to know when to stay in a certain area or move on which I have. This coupled with the correct fishing techniques equals success.
